The Human Resources (HR) Committee is responsible for facilitating relationship growth and providing fun opportunities for the freshman to create incredible PREP memories that last a lifetime. One aspect of HR is the coordination of the Big/Little program, which establishes connections between current freshman and alumni. HR links each freshman with a Big/Little family that will provide both friendships and professional connections with past and present PREP members. HR is also responsible for putting together the Fall and Spring retreats, where freshmen have the opportunity to get away from the stresses of college life and hang out with their new friends. HR also partners with PREP’s corporate sponsors to organize mock interviews that give the freshman a taste of the real world through a professional interview with a corporate professional.
